ARQTKNCO is an architecture and design studio led by Nico Pascual, RA, NCARB, a Texas Licensed Architect with 20 years of experience in architecture, design, construction documentation, permitting, and project delivery.

Nico's experience spans commercial, industrial, and residential architecture throughout Texas, with particular interest in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), commercial developments, renovations, and custom residential projects. He has led projects from early planning and entitlement through permitting, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration.

In addition to his architectural experience, Nico has worked directly in construction, serving as a GC and builder on multiple commercial and residential projects. That experience brings a practical understanding of constructability, cost, sequencing, and the realities of building into the design process.
